Succulent Lincoln Red Beef, Poacher Cheese, authentic Lincolnshire Sausages, locally caught game ..... you can easily work your way through your own mouth-watering menu of gastronomic delight!.
As for 'our daily bread' it has to be Plum Bread and it's a staple in our neck of the woods. For the perfect pint Batemans has been serving up pints since the 1870s so they know a thing or two about brewing . You'll find its cask ales at pubs all over Lincolnshire and they're always coming up with different selections to try - a good incentive for a repeat visit to the local pub!
Tom Woods has grown quickly as a local Lincolnshire Wolds brewer and since it began in 1995 this deserving local ale is a firm favourite.
This page would not be complete without a mention of Britain's all time favourite take-away meal - fish and chips and oh boy have we got plenty of cafes, restaurants and takeways for you to sample. Waldos in Sutton on Sea is a clear favourite with visitors and residents and has been for generations.
